Steve is one of the two founders of NUGGET. Originally from Torrance, California, Steve has been playing music for over 15 years, with over 10 of those years being spent playing music professionally with Pete and Jim. Currently, in addition to handling the lead vocals, acoustic guitar, vibra slap, booking, and band management duties for NUGGET, Steve enjoys playing in his acoustic rock band NoCoast with Jim. The other half of the founding fathers of NUGGET is Pete Thompson. Hailing from Macomb, Il, Pete has had a very sucessful musical career, spaning over 20 years. A former member of local favorites Atomic Ace, Pete has an extensive background in the hard rock and metal genres, and is one of the best cake tribute band lead guitar players in the world. Jim is a multi-talented musician from Macomb, Il., who has been playing professionally for over 20 years. He has laid the groove for NUGGET since day one, as an original member of the band. Ryan Canier, originally from the Galesburg, IL area, is no stranger to performing live music. With 13 years of experience under his belt, Ryan has performed with numerous acts ranging from upright bass performance with orchestras and jazz quartets, to performing in numerous metal and hard rock acts throughout the area. He enjoys performing w/ his power-groove metal band, Sozé; as well as his folk rock/bluegrass band, Texas Fire Juice. Ryan currently resides in Burlington,IA and lays it down phat for NUGGET.

Patrick Dooley has played trumpet for over 12 years of his life. Hailing from Illinois, Patrick has played gigs ranging from cabaret to Beethoven to jazz. He tackles possibly the most difficult position in NUGGET, that of the multi-instrumentalist, with grace and ease.
